Spotless cabin, early departure
Crew had us wheels-up ten minutes early and the cabin was immaculate. Catering was exactly what we asked for.
Thank you for flying with us. We'll pass this on to the crew.
Private jet charter reviews
Every review on BeenAboard comes from a flight we verified: a tail photo taken at the airport, a charter agreement or flight data. Read what flyers really thought of the operator, the aircraft and the trip before you book.
For iPhone. Free to read reviews and to write them.

How it works
Anyone can write a review online. On BeenAboard, a review publishes only after we confirm the flight happened and you were on it.
Scan the tail number at the airport, or add your charter agreement. It takes about 30 seconds.
The tail photo's time and place are checked against the airport and the date. A charter agreement, flight data or the operator's confirmation can also verify it.
It shows as "Verified flyer" with the month and region only: never your name, airports, exact dates or tail number.
Before you fly
Enter the tail number from your quote and see what public FAA records show: which charter certificate lists the aircraft, the operator's names, where it's based, and the date of the FAA list we checked.
BeenAboard isn't a safety rating. It reports what public FAA records show and when they were last updated, alongside reviews from verified flyers.
Private by design
People who fly private value discretion. BeenAboard shows the public only what makes a review useful.
Stars, scores, your words and video, the aircraft, and the month and region of the flight. Never who you are.
If it manages its page, it may be asked to confirm your flight and then sees your display name and the flight's details. Never your proof or what you paid, and it can't remove your review.
May look at your flight and proof to verify it, and at reports, so the platform stays honest.
What you paid and your pre-trip checks. Prices count, anonymously, only in ranges built from at least five verified flights.
Honest by rule
Reviews are never filtered or hidden for being critical. Operators can reply, but they can't remove a review.
For operators
Charter operators can manage their BeenAboard page: confirm passengers' flights while the trip is fresh, and reply publicly to reviews.
Ask to manage your page in the app under Account → For operators. A moderator checks that you work for the operator before approving.

Questions
No. BeenAboard publishes reviews from verified flyers and reports what public FAA records show, with the date of the data. It doesn't rate, certify or audit operators.
The fastest way is a tail photo taken in the app at the airport around your flight date. A charter agreement, flight data that matches your photo, or the operator's confirmation can also verify a flight.
Everyone can read it, shown as "Verified flyer" with the aircraft and the month and region of the flight. Your name, airports, exact dates and tail number are never shown.
No. Operators can reply publicly. Reviews are removed only if they're abusive, fake, off-topic or share private information, or when their author deletes their account.
